The ADE welcome new External Affairs Team members

Lucy (top left) joins as our Head of External Affairs and Amy (bottom right) as our External Affairs Officer. They will be working together with Tanya Kenny and the rest of the team to raise the profile of the incredible work being done by The ADE and our members, ensuring that decentralised energy is positioned as a key component of the net zero conversation.Both bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the team. Lucy has a decade of experience in climate and energy communications and lobbying at a national and international level. She has worked on a range of projects, including expanding energy access in developing countries and analysing the potential for connected vehicle infrastructure here in the UK. She holds a Masters of Public Administration from the National University of Singapore.Before joining the ADE, Amy worked on a number of engagement and infrastructure projects as part the Sustainability and Environmental Management Team at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, and then on the development of two large scale offshore wind energy projects. She holds a BSc(hons) in environmental and ecological sciences from the University of Edinburgh.
