Net Zero Careers Accelerator: Finding Talent for Clean Energy
The Net Zero Careers Accelerator (NZCA) is a free recruitment service which meets skills needs in the growing net zero economy and connects diverse local communities with these jobs. Run by social enterprise GoodPeople, the programme addresses critical skills shortages in clean energy and the built environment, key sectors in achieving the UK’s net zero goals.
NZCA can help fill any roles within renewable and decentralised energy, with particular focus on skilled trades, other site roles and head office functions. We find candidates through partnerships with housing associations, local authorities, education providers and community organisations, as well as access to a range of online candidate databases.
