Together, we will meet the UK's ambition to install 600,000 heat pumps every year by 2028 and be net zero by 2050.Role OverviewYou will join our growing, close-knit Operations Team, driving the production of our market-leading heat pumps and related products in our leading-edge lean-manufacturing production facility.The Kensa group is rapidly expanding and aims to nearly double output every year for the next decade. To facilitate this expansion, we are moving to higher volume manufacturing processes and are expanding our manufacturing engineering team.As Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you be a key member of the team that develops, implements, and manages all aspects of our factory, including production processes, tools, systems, and machines. You will focus on maintenance and development of production systems, especially test systems, as well as providing day-to-day production engineering support to the business.As part of the Production Engineering team, you will ensure we have a fully functional factory at all times, minimising and preventing down time.You will also be a key part of the on-going evolution of the factory to You will be a hands-on engineer, with a can-do attitude and a mind for continuous improvement, used to using solid engineering foundations to deliver excellence in manufacturing processes and systemsBenefitsCompetitive salary: £27,000 - £37,500 base.
