An ability to work autonomously and to think creatively is therefore required to tackle new challenges and to support long term, sustainable growth.RoleThe role requires a special mix of over 10 year's Electrical/Control/Commercial Engineering exp. & at least 3 years leading/managing a team.This candidate needs to have experience auditing sites to understand the sites processes and flexibility and then assist the sales efforts by providing technical support and joining commercial meetings to get an opportunity over the line.The ideal candidate will have a background in Automation with strong knowledge on PLC’s, VSD’s, network protocols.This candidate must also have strong electrical knowledge with experience in specking CTs for the correct points of monitoring. Practical experience in this area is a must.This candidate must be comfortable in a fast paced, technology business & have ability to work flexibly across a range of responsibilities & challenges.This candidate will need to grow a team and be able to train the team in how to commercially assist sales and then practically deliver a project, no matter what the industry.Click here for more information
