He joined Vattenfall via the International Graduate program in 2019and has workedin our offices in Europe before joining the UK heat team. He is a mathematics graduate of Imperial College London. Charlotte OwenRoyal Danish Embassy in LondonCharlotte has been a (rising) star within the heat network sector going back some time. Her unshakeable professionalism combined with glaring enthusiasm and energy can win over even the hardest sceptic, which makes her a strong asset for the whole industry. Chloe JarmanSiemensChloe Jarman, a Solutions Energy Engineer at Siemens in Chloe’s words a ‘Superhero because we are saving the world one building at a time’. In her professional life Chloe is a qualified Engineer with a 1st class Masters Degreein Aeronautical Engineering. Chloe is also the Diversity and Inclusion Champion for our Energy and Performance Services department. Drew WalkerEner-vateDrew joined Ener-Vate in late 2018 after finishing his Electronic & Electrical Engineering degree at Loughborough. Focusing on the research, development, and aggregation of traditional and ground-breaking energy technologies, Drew continues bringing success to the Ener-Vate team with his heat mapping and commercial modelling expertise. Drew is a dedicated individual who takes on and completes any task asked of him without fuss or ceremony to an exceptional standard that is such a value to colleagues and clients alike. Elliot SmithPeterborough City CouncilA qualified lawyer with a background in delivering digitalisation and +12 years with Peterborough City Council, Elliot leapt into the heat network industry by taking an HNDU-procured heat mapping and masterplanning study and using it as a base for a £2 million design co-funded by Innovate UK and project partners SSE, Element Energy, Smarter Grid Solutions, Cranfield University and Sweco. Josh DavisChirpy HeatJosh is that rare thing in the industry – young, experienced, passionate and pragmatic. He has the real dirt under the finger nails experience of actually managing heat networks. He inspires and manages a team of consultants and data insight experts to support social housing providers across the UK to deliver great heat networks. The Decentralised Energy AwardsThe Association for Decentralised Energy's annual awards are the leading and most prestigious awards for those involved in decentralised energy, recognising and celebrating the people and projects which have developed innovative decentralised energy solutions designed around the needs of the user. The awards showcase innovation, best practice and achievements across heat, efficiency, power and flexibility. The winners will be announced at the ADE’s annual gala dinner, hosted at the stunning Hurlingham Club in central London on Wednesday 15th June.
