As an award winning Eco development, providing an energy efficient, low emissions heating/ hot water system that would help reduce fuel costs and keep them down was essential.

SAV Systems supplied and installed one 15kWe/ 30kWth LoadTracker CHP unit able to supplying 69% of site heating and hot water and 66% of electrical demand.

The CHP system is expected to save 36 tonnes of carbon emissions and £11,924 a year relative to a conventional mains supply/ boiler system.
