The 206kWe CHP unit was installed on the 16th floor of the Hotel and had to be positioned with the use of a crane during the build stage. The unit is surrounded by an acoustic enclosure with anti-vibration mountings to prevent noise.

Since its installation the Hotel’s CHP unit has saved over 3,242 tonnes of CO2, the equivalent of saving 324,200 trees.
