Our Team

Tom joined the ADE in September 2024 working as our Business Development Officer. 

Before joining the ADE Tom completed his Bachelors in Natural Sciences specialising in ecology, evolutionary biology and climate science at Durham University. He has a deep passion for the natural world and has worked at climate advocacy groups for the past 7 years including the UK Youth Climate Coalition. He is also a trustee at the OVO Foundation where he focuses on creating a greener brighter future for children and young people. In particular, creating new opportunities for young people to enter the green job market. 

Outside of work Tom loves to cook for his friends, get outside into nature and travel.
