Pablo leads the External Affairs team, directing the ADE’s work with MPs and the press - making sure that decentralised energy is part of political debates.
He joined the ADE from Asthma Lung UK, where he worked as Senior Policy Manager, helping to deliver the Smoke Free Generation Bill and Clean Air Zones across UK cities, most notably ULEZ.
Outside energy, he is a campaigner for various social causes, serving on the Board of the Electoral Reform Society and as Youth Vice Chair for the disability charity Scope
Pablo studied Politics and Parliamentary Studies at the University of Leeds. In his spare time he is a writer, with a book due to be published in 2025.
