Our Team

Mike joined the ADE in April 2024 and leads on heat policy, supporting the transition to decarbonised heating and the growth of the heat networks in the UK. He previously worked at Chirpy Heat, a consultancy in the Heat Network sector which specialises in supporting social housing providers in managing and optimising their communal and district heating schemes. Before this he worked in research roles in the transport sector and holds an MSc in Transport Planning. 

Mike has been a board member at Phoenix Community Housing, a housing association in South-East London, for 5 years and is currently vice-chair. Outside of work he enjoys running, music, cinema, and spending time with his daughter.
