Josie is the Operations and Wellbeing manager at the ADE. With the ethos that staff wellbeing underlies the successful operations of an organisation, her role is shared between the two areas.
Prior to the ADE, Josie worked as a project manager for green energy projects in the public sector. This followed on from studies in policy around sustainable practice and animal welfare.
Outside of working hours Josie volunteers for a start-up creating children's comic books about the Amazon rainforest.
