Our Team

John is the Head of Business Development for The Association and manages both membership and the development of new business opportunities.

John has 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, which includes 18 years with Schlumberger. He was most recently the Vice President of Business Development for an oilfield service company in Dubai, U.A.E.

John holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Portsmouth and was born in Somerset in the UK but has worked and lived in various locations Worldwide including North America, Africa, The Middle East and The Far East.  John is a keen cyclist and recently mountain-biked the Annapurna circuit in Nepal.
