Our Team

Jess joined the ADE in July 2024 and leads on industrial decarbonisation policy. She was previously an account manager for a legal tech start-up called Ontra, which leverages AI for routine contract negotiations. Before Ontra, Jess was a New York qualified attorney doing high yield debt bond offerings at Milbank LLP (both the New York and London offices).

Jess holds a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor from University of Michigan Law School. Outside of work, Jess is a certified yoga instructor, occasional runner, loves going to music gigs, theatre and spending time with her dog Yogi.
