Our Team

Charlotte is the Scheme administrator for the ADE’s not-for-profit company - Flex Assure, a company with the aim of promoting best practice within the flexibility industry. She joined Flex Assure in November 2023.

Prior to this she worked for a startup dedicated to reducing single use plastic waste. Charlotte holds a BSc in biological sciences and a Masters in Conservation and international wildlife trade.

In her free time she enjoys volunteering in the herpetology department at London Zoo, getting creative through embroidery or painting and going back home to Switzerland to see her dog (and the rest of her family).
