Calling for Flexibility Providers – Prequalification Deadline 8th December
SP Energy Networks are calling for flexibility service providers to participate in their Autumn 2023 tender:
We have new opportunities as we look to procure 298MW of flexibility services across 575 locations. Our requirements cover all voltage levels and are for service windows between April 2024 and October 2025.
Flexibility service providers are any owners or operators of generation or demand assets connected to our networks that could reduce their electricity consumption or increase their generation for an agreed period in response to an external signal.
The tender is open to assets connected at any voltage level so whether you’re a domestic aggregator or a large generator and are looking for an additional revenue stream we would be glad to hear from you.
Revenue can be earned from providing these services.

The deadline for pre-qualification is the 8th of December 2023.
The bidding window opens on the 11th December 2023 and closes on 15th December 2023.
